Cancellations & Returns
Orders at iamdope are usually actioned immediately on receipt of order and as all of the products sold on the iamdope website are custom made it is not possible to cancel an order once it has been purchased. We would strongly advise that you carefully check your order details before confirming your purchase.
However, we understand that sometimes mistakes happen and we want all of our customers to be satisfied so, of course, where it is possible, if you contact us quickly, we will do our best to cancel an order before it is entered into production.
Because all of our products are custom made we cannot accept returns except in the case of production errors or delivery damage.
You must check your order upon delivery and report to us any delivery damage within 24hrs, in order that we can take up the complaint with the courier company. Damage reported after this period will not be eligible for replacement.
In the case of production errors or faulty goods you should contact us as within 2 weeks of delivery, in these cases we will repair, replace or provide a voucher for the purchase price depending on which we deem appropriate in the individual circumstances. We do not provide a cash refund for any items.
